The ERS 2000 is a heavy-duty shelf and, just like the ERS 1200, built in modular design. The combination of basic and extension shelves in 7 different lengths ensures high flexibility and optimum interior design.

Shelf load 2000 kg
Load capacity 250 kg each shelf/slotted shelf

Shelving uprights
Made of square tubes in the dimensions of 30 x 30 x 2? mm with upper plastic end caps and adjustable feet. Three cross connectors made of flat profile in the dimensions of 40 ?x? 5 mm are welded between the square tubes. Within a distance of 165?mm, flat profile support lugs of 40?x?5 mm are welded to the square tubs of the upright. The cross connectors and the support lugs are used to hold the shelves/slotted shelves.
In addition, depending on the number of the shelves, 2?or?3 hook-in connections made of square tubes with dimensions of 30 ?x? 10 ?x? 1.5?mm are pushed onto the support lugs. Such hook-in connections serve to hold the reinforcement beams. The surface of the shelving upright is electrolytically polished.

Shelves/slotted shelves
Slotted or closed shelves made of stainless steel sheets with a width of 1.0? mm, surface grain 240, double brushed are optionally available.
The shelves/slotted shelves are additionally equipped with a reinforcement beam, which is hung in into the cross-/hook-in connections of the shelving upright. Thus, each shelf/slotted shelf has at least 8 suspension lugs. This ensures high load-bearing capacity of the shelves.
An L- or U-shaped arrangement of the basic- and extension unit is possible by using corner connections clamps.

Cross braces/longitudinal connectors
Every third shelf is reinforced by using a cross brace or, optionally, by 4 screwed longitudinal connectors made of rectangular tube with dimensions of 30? x ?10 ?x ?1.5?mm.
