The aluminium shelf system ARS is designed using the modular system and is characterized by its strength and stability. Thanks to the use of high quality aluminium alloys and anodized surfaces, this shelf system can be used in a wide variety of functions with regards to hygienic storage in cooled and uncooled rooms with food.
The shelf is available in the standard depths of 400, 500 and 600 mm, and standard lengths of 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1500 mm. Since the shelves are hung into the shelving uprights, the clearance shelf depth is approx. 67 mm narrower than the nominal measurement.
The combination of the different shelf lengths enable an optimal use of space. The use of special connection clamps fpr the corners enables an optimal placing of the shelves in L- or U-shapes. TÜV „GS“ approval

Shelving Uprights
Square tubes 25 x 25 x 1,5 mm with shelf brackets spaced 165 mm apart. The square tubes are equipped with end caps and adjustable plastic feet. Depending on the height, 2 or 3 cross connectors with a profile of 40 x 6 mm are pressed between the square tubes. Each shelving upright has 2 rivet nuts to screw the cross brace on.
Closed Shelves
Made out of 1,5 mm strong alloyed aluminium sheets, folded 40 mm on all sides, the longitudinal sides are folded inwards. The plate is completely anodized (E6/EV1).
Slotted Shelves
The slotted shelves correspond in their construction to the plates and have slots of 45 x 10 mm.
Cross Braces
Made out of flat material 25 x 3 mm with rounded-off edges and 4 holes to enable screwing between 2 shelving uprights.
