The stainless steel shelf system ERS is designed using the modular system and is characterized by its strength and stability. Thanks to the use of high quality chromium-nickel steel the shelf system can be used in a wide variety of functions with regards to hygienic storage, not only in cooled and uncooled rooms with food, but it is also perfectly suitable for the storage of sterile goods in the medicinal fields.
The shelf is available in the standard depths of 400, 500 and 600 mm, and lengths of 600, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1500 mm. Since the shelves are hung into the shelving uprights, the clearance shelf depth is approx. 67 mm narrower than the nominal measurement. The combination of the different shelf lengths enable an optimal use of space. The use of special connection clamps for the corners enables an optimal placing of the shelves in L- or U-shapes.

The use of connection clamps for the corners reduces the capacity per type by 70% of the nominal load.
Shelving Uprights
Square tubes 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm with plastic end caps and adjustable plastic feet. Depending on the height and shelf load, 2 or 3 cross connectors with a profile of 50 x 3 mm are weldet between the square tubes. To hang up the shelfs, Stainless steel-bolts have been welded onto the square tubes in a 165 mm radius. Each shelving upright has 2 rivet nuts to screw the cross-brace. The whole shelving upright is electrolytically polished.
Closed Shelves
Depending on the length of the shelves, consists of 0.8 x 1.0 mm strong stainless sheets with brushed surface, folded 40 mm on all sides. The longitudinal walls are folded inwards.
Slotted Shelves
The slotted shelves correspond in their construction to the plates and have slots of 45 x 10 mm.
Cross Braces
Made out of flat material 25 x 2 mm with rounded-off edges and 4 holes to enable screwing between 2 shelving uprights.
